Users must not attempt to decompile, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our platforms or backend systems.

2. Platform Nature & Disclaimers

Our software platforms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Passhai Technologies does not guarantee unbroken service or absolute real-time delivery, which may be subject to cellular network stability, WhatsApp delivery systems, or GPS hardware availability.

Informational Service Notice: Passhai proximity alerts are purely informational notifications. Passhai is not an aggregator, merchant, or payment intermediary, and does not hold custody of funds. Any purchase, product quality, or financial settlement between vendors and households occurs directly between the parties in person.

We reserve the right to evolve software features, adjust pilot programs, or update these terms periodically. Continued use of our software following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
