By using PassHai, you agree to these Terms. PassHai provides vendor proximity alerts (typically via WhatsApp) and does not sell goods. Any purchase or interaction between households and vendors happens directly between them.

1. Acceptable use

No misuse of the Service, spamming, or harassment of vendors or households.
Do not share someone else’s personal information without consent.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

2. Service disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability or perfect accuracy, including due to limitations of mobile networks, WhatsApp, GPS accuracy, or other third-party systems.

Important: Alerts are informational. Vendor timing, location accuracy, and availability can vary. PassHai is not responsible for pricing, product quality, disputes, or transactions between vendors and households.

3. Changes and availability

We may update features, pause pilots, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also change these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
