Households get a quick WhatsApp alert when a cart is close, within simple time windows they choose. This is an alert service — not delivery.
Easy for vendors
A battery-safe Android helper app runs while they work (start/pause/end day). Location is used only to notify nearby homes.
Local languages
Hindi/English to start. Fast, number-keyed menus so anyone can use it comfortably — even on basic smartphones.
Pilot (WhatsApp Bot) — Free
